PRIVACY POLICY

Who we are

This website (the "Site") is operated by Pin Seeker Indoor Golf & Sports Grill, 5960 WA-303 NE, Bremerton, WA 98311, phone (360) 915-5732. This policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and who we share it with.

Information you provide to us

We collect information you submit through forms on the Site — for example the newsletter signup, league/tournament/lesson inquiries, event and party inquiries, the contact form, employment applications, and golf-ball-promotion redemption. Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, phone number, and details you choose to share about your event, schedule preferences, or application. Fields are marked as required where we need them to respond to your request; everything else is optional.

Some forms include a separate checkbox for text-message consent. We only send marketing or booking-related text messages if you've checked that box; message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out.

How we use this information

We use the information you submit to respond to inquiries, process bookings and event requests, follow up about leagues/lessons/tournaments, consider employment applications, and — only if you've opted in — send you marketing communications. We do not sell your personal information.

Third parties we work with

The Site is a marketing and information hub; the actual transactions and follow-up happen on the third-party platforms below, each governed by its own privacy policy:

  • GoHighLevel (GHL) — our customer relationship and marketing platform. A tracking script on every page allows GHL to capture the same information you submit through our forms, so our team can follow up and, if you've opted in, send you marketing messages.
  • uSchedule — our current online booking system. Selecting a "Book a Bay" or similar link takes you to uSchedule's own site to complete your booking.
  • Square — used for gift card purchases (and, in future, online food ordering). These happen entirely on Square's platforms; we do not receive or store your payment card information.
  • Google (Analytics, Tag Manager and Ads) — measures how visitors use the Site and how our Google ads perform.
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram pixel) — measures how our Meta ads perform and lets us show ads to people who have visited the Site.
  • Marketing 360 — our marketing agency's call tracking. On some visits it shows a tracking phone number in place of our main number, so we can tell which ad or source led to a call. Calls to that number reach us the same way.
  • Google Calendar — we display our public events schedule by reading a public Google Calendar feed. This is one-directional (we display Google's public event data); it does not involve any of your personal information.

Cookies and similar technologies

The Site uses analytics and advertising cookies and similar technology from Google, Meta and Marketing 360 (listed above) to understand how the Site is used and how our ads perform. They record things like the pages you view, the device and browser you use, and the ad or site that sent you. The GoHighLevel tracking script may also set its own cookies to match form submissions to a lead record. Each of these is governed by that company's own privacy policy. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of personalized ads through Google's ad settings and Meta's ad preferences.

Server logs

Like most websites, our hosting environment automatically logs standard technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting purposes. We don't use this information to identify individual visitors.

Data retention

We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, maintain our business records, and comply with applicable law, then delete or anonymize it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing messages, at any time via our Contact page or by replying STOP to any text message. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable state or federal privacy law; contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Children's privacy

The Site is intended for a general audience and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Significant changes will be posted here.
